Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence
190+ tools for the work that lands on an executive assistant's desk every day.
Open a working template for the next calendar request, inbox decision, meeting, brief, trip or expense report.
When every request starts from a blank pageA meeting is marked urgent, but its purpose is missing. An email needs an answer, but sending permission is unclear. A trip changes, and the itinerary, confirmations and expense handover no longer match.
Without agreed rules and a current record, the same questions return: who decides, what is confirmed, and what happens next? The executive's attention becomes the default place to resolve every gap.
A working system for daily supportThe result is a connected set of documents for supporting one executive inside a company, in the office or remotely. Permissions have boundaries. Meetings have a requested result. Open items have owners and next checks. Briefs show their sources, and travel or expense changes remain visible until someone confirms them.
Each lesson produces one usable artifact through one practical assignment. The editable example gives each form context; the separate personal workspace keeps practice entries apart from your own draft.
The toolkit: 199 tools across three typesThe title rounds the total down to 190+. The count includes tools presented in different formats: a template in an HTML file may also appear on a slide. Form fields, print buttons and example variations do not add to the count.
The instructor and the practiceLearn with Mike through practical assignments and fictional business cases. The course follows Maya as she supports Daniel, the CEO of a fictional company. Names, schedules and amounts are labeled fictional examples or example numbers, so the practice requires no confidential company records.
The route through the courseFirst comes the working agreement: decisions, preferences, access and cover. Calendar and inbox systems then provide the daily rhythm. The next stage connects agendas and minutes to action tracking, followed by briefs and messages with clear approval checks.
Travel and expenses bring the itinerary, confirmations, receipt evidence and office budget into a consistent packet. Finally, AI is introduced for permitted routine tasks, with a prompt library and human review. AI practice appears only in the final lesson.
The HTML files open in a browser and support local saving, copying text, and printing or saving as PDF. Interface mockups show the working principles without requiring a particular calendar, email or expense platform. The files keep records; bookings, messages and approvals remain human actions.
What's includedThe next request will need a decision whether a working rule exists or not. Start with one agreement, use it on the next request, and build the rest of the toolkit around it.
